CTRI connects Riverside County residents with the services they need, when they need them, through a calm, accessible, and trustworthy app.
We exist to reduce the friction between people and the services that can change their lives. Whether you are looking for a hot meal, a place to cool off in summer, mental health support, or help paying rent, CTRI is built to point you in the right direction in seconds.
CTRI is free to use for everyone in Riverside County, including residents, community health workers, ECM teams, mutual aid groups, and case managers. Workers and admins get extra tools for referrals and case coordination.
CTRI is developed by the CTRI Ecological Mapping Task Force in partnership with local community organizations across Riverside County. Mapping is powered by Google Maps and language support reflects the most spoken languages in our community.
